A Yes, if you contact us within 7 days, we will repair it free of charge.

Q Can I change my stylist every time?

A We often hear people say that it's awkward to change staff, but there's no need to worry about it at all.

Each stylist has their own unique characteristics, so please feel free to try them out.

A How far in advance can I make a reservation?

Q Reservations can be made up to 3 hours in advance on the day of your visit. However, we expect that there may not be any available reservations, so please make your reservation early.
